Our Policies


Unlike purchasing mass-produced products from a factory, our work is created in a small design studio by hand and each stitch was made with our passion for creating something for you to love. We stand behind all of our work, and will not ship an item that we are not proud of. 


We accept payments via credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. All payments for ready made and custom orders are expected in full before work on your item can begin.

Order cancellations

Custom orders can be cancelled for a full refund up to the time we receive your custom materials. Once we receive your custom materials or photographs, cancellations within one week will receive a 75% refund. Orders cancelled more than one week after we receive your custom materials cannot be refunded.

Ready made items may be cancelled for a full refund up to the time of shipping.


Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the expected weight of your item. Unless otherwise noted, your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Once your order had been shipped, we will be in touch with shipment information and a tracking number if applicable. 

Turn Around Times

Because all of our items are made to order by hand, please expect a one to two week turn around time for ready made items, before they ship. For custom items, please expect three to five weeks once we receive your custom materials for your project to be carefully completed. More details about expected order times can be found under the details of specific products. If you need a project in a hurry, please contact us before placing your order and we will try our best to work within your timeframe.


With our ready made items, if you find fault with your purchase please notify us as soon as possible so that a refund or exchange can be arranged. Custom orders can not be returned for a refund or exchange. 

Returns on ready made items are accepted within 7 days after delivery. Items being returned are expected to arrive in new condition (never been used). Service fees, such as for a rush order, are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs.


If a ready made item is returned, we would prefer to offer an exchange or a shop credit. Items that are in new condition (never been used) are eligible to be exchanged for items of equal price. There are no exchanges on custom items. Please contact us if you would like to exchange an item.


For ready made items, if you will not accept an exchange, a full refund of the purchase price will be refunded, less the tax and shipping. There are no refunds on custom items. Please contact us if you would like to exchange an item.
